Dr Evgenia Galinskaya
Evgenia graduated from the University of Cambridge School of Clinical Medicine in 2008 and followed a straightforward medical training path before obtaining a Dermatology National Training Number. Despite her successes as a doctor, she found the greatest fulfilment in bringing out the best in people by helping colleagues to grow and develop professionally. Since leaving clinical practice in 2013, Evgenia has trained with one of the top ICF-accredited coaching institutions (iPEC) and is a certified coach and NLP practitioner.
Evgenia is passionate about supporting doctors through career transitions, both within and outside Medicine. She works in partnership with the Health Education England Career Support Unit, as well as running her own independent career coaching practice. She also works with a team of coaches providing professional development support for senior NHS management staff at Newham Clinical Commissioning Group.
As a Facilitator of Clinical Communication Skills, Evgenia takes part in training medical students at the University of Cambridge. This involves coaching and facilitating groups of students with the help of actors.
In her mentoring role for the Social Mobility Foundation, Evgenia helped several student mentees to win places at the University of Cambridge and London medical schools.
